  This is an Upright Citizens - Faces and Views 7" on Skvaller Records of Jonkoping Sweden from 1985.On a10 scale the vinyl and jacket are a 9. I believe this is the last record the Upright Citizens did. They were from Germany and I consider them as good as anyone. They would have strummed acoustic bits that would turn into fire breathing Hardcore. These fellows were masters of song structure. Maybe if Marginal Man did New Model Army covers you might be close to this. Having said that,it still intrigues me how one can tell where a band is from by how they sound.This sounds like the best of German Hardcore.
