Comments: This gal really has a great voice! A-side has an up-tempo cross-over track composed by the primarily Muscle Shoals based composing team of Woodford-Ivey. With Calloway having done the horn charts this is likely to have come out of the Muscle Shoals Sound Studio. After a slow spoken intro the B-side breaks into a mid-tempo mover with a dramatic lyric about stolen love – very smooth! It’s also an interesting combo of composers on this one.
