Interesting fact - Spent 14 weeks at No.1 in Finland. Wowzer.
An original UK 1st press of D&Ws on the bronze label. Matrix A1/B1. Stampers 1-RR/2-RR. The heavy-set vinyl comes housed in an original Tinsley Robor gatefold cover [correct for 1st issue]. We also have the original inner too. So, 100% genuine and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex/Ex+) In super condition having seen only light careful use. Under close inspection I can only make out a couple of slightest marks per side - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly EXCELLENT+ level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are lovely and quiet and the audio comes across with perfect clarity. This is within the best couple of copies I've ever had the pleasure of spinning. It's as clean as they come - if you want that perfect all time show stopper...this could be the one to plug for.  All I could detect were a couple of crackles in a couple of isolated spots per side [e.g. in Paradise]. And there are some fussy moments that will trip a lot of copies up on - e.g. Rainbow Demon. But this copy executes the whole lot nigh on perfectly. Which means the listener gets to crank it right up to 11 without anything nasty surfacing in the signal path. A cracker of a copy - you'd struggle to just equal it.
Cover (Ex) In lovely condition with clean, and importantly, untarnished surfaces. Flat and uncreased - front and back. The interior looks superb - no issues. Hardly any edge wear and sharp firm openings. Spine 95% intact - superb with just crease lines which are pretty much impossible to avoid. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity.
Inner (Ex*) No splits. Slight surface wear in a couple of spots.
