**When I calculate a flat rate shipping costs its based on an average. Some records are heavier or lighter than others. Some people live closer or further away or live in large urban centers (cheaper) or out of the way rural areas (more expensive). The Canadian dollar also fluctuates daily. Some actual costs may be higher or lower depending upon these factors. I believe it is best for the bidder to know exactly what they will be paying before buying.
