Uriah Heep - Look At Yourself - 1971 - UK Bronze - ILPS 9169 - Very good minus condition.
Collectable first pressing.
Matrix:
Runout (A-side, stamped, PORKY etched, variant 1): ILPS 9169 A-1U PORKY
Runout (B-side, stamped, variant 1): ILPS 9169 B-1U
Visually the record is marked - with scuffs, hairlines and with a couple of scratches on side two - but remarkably most of these do not affect playback at all.
In the main this record plays excellently - however some slight surface noise can be heard at the beginning of 'July Morning' with one click audible.
Some very light clicks are barely noticeable on the second side. In addition there is some very slight surface noise during the quiet passages of 'Shadows Of Grief' and two clicks are audible.
Some slight crackle can be heard at the very beginning of 'Love Machine'.
The vinyl may well benefit from a professional clean.
Cover is in very good condition. There are four scuffs to the 'mirror' panel and the bottom corner of the frame are slightly torn. The cover has some scuffing and slight creasing but overall is in good order.
Comes with original printed inner sleeve.
Labels clean with little spindle wear.
All records carefully cleaned with soft brushes and cloths and play tested on a Audio-Technica AT-LP-120 deck through a Cambridge A2 amp and Gale monitor speakers.
