1972 UK Bronze label 8-track vinyl LP, manufactured & distributed by Island Records, complete with original thin paper lyric inner. Presented in a matt gatefold sleeve with Roger Dean full spread artwork.
GRADING:
Cover - Very Good
Matt Roger Dean designed gatefold sleeve.
The original thin paper lyric inner sleeve is present but with some storage creasing.
There is some spine and seam rubbing most noticebale along the bottom seam.
There is a hint of ringwear on the rear of the sleeve.
Record - Very Good
First press Bronze labels with "Manufactured and distributed by Island Records Limited" credit on the bottom rim with the island logo.
Matrix numbers are ILPS 9213 A-1U (with the U printed sideways) / ILPS 9213 B-1U. There is "G. KONG" etched on both run off grooves.
There are some marks on the vinyl more noticeable on side 1 than side 2.
It plays with no pops or clicks but with some occasional background noise. It is noticebale in places but not overwhelming. A reasonable play copy.
Our grading is based on the system used by Record Collector magazine as described below (We don't sell records with a grading of less than very good).
Mint: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
Excellent: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

Record will be sent in a cardboard cruciform record mailer with additional cardboard stiffeners for extra protection. The record is also placed in a protective polythene sleeve. The record/inner will be removed from the main sleeve to guard against any seam/spine damage during postage.
