Description

DESCRIPTION: Uriah Heep- Very Eavy, Very Umble  LP.  1st UK press with big swirl label with no credits, laminated gatefold sleeve with incorrect track order (and no credits) and correct poly lined swirl inner .   Packed this weighs over 500gm so overseas postage is as for a double. Postage cost includes tracking, full insurance and a box mailer.  LABEL AND CATALOGUE NUMBER: Vertigo  6360 006. YEAR OF RELEASE: 1970. COUNTRY OF RELEASE:  UK: CONDITION (VINYL/COVER): VG/VG+. Vinyl is clean with a decent sheen, some hairlines and brushing lines. Visually this is a decent VG.  Played all of this a couple of times this week  on my budget deck. Sits perfectly flat on the turntable.  Plays EX overall.  Music is clean, clear and loud throughout. There are a few ticks in the quietest part of "Wake Up" on side 2 but that is about it. This is one of the best LPs of all time and this must be the best sounding pressing.  Cover is a decent VG+, not near EX but better than VG.  It is firm and square, retains great shape and has light edge wear (1/2" moderate to centre of spine or would be a strong VG+), light corner wear and light creasing. Very clean inside to gate fold sleeve. Original swirl inner sleeve is a decent VG with some light foxing, light to moderate wear, fully attached poly, no feathering or tears to centre hole and no splits.  Clean labels- just check out the photos.  No writing, rips, stickers or sticker tears.  PLEASE CHECK OUT MY OTHER HEEP/SWIRLS/METAL/CLASSIC/HARD ROCK LISTINGS IN MY EBAY SHOP. Grading system: I use UK’s “Record Collector” Grading system. I DO PLAY EVERY RECORD I LIST NOW even though its often just quite briefly. Please bear in mind you may get a touch of background sound, even if its just on intros and between the tracks on 30-40 year old vinyl records!! :: MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades. I REMOVE ALL VINYL FROM SLEEVES PRIOR TO POSTING. RECORDS ARE SENT IN BEST QUALITY MAILERS WITH 2 STIFFENERS. I ALWAYS COMBINE POSTAGE BUT COST DEPENDS ENTIRELY ON WEIGHT OF PACKAGE. EACH EXTRA SINGLE DISC LP IS ROUGHLY £1.75 TO EUROPE, £2.75 TO THE AMERICAS AND £3.25 TO THE REST OF THE WORLD. ALL ITEMS (OR COMBINATIONOF ITEMS) SELLING FOR OVER £20 MUST BE SENT SIGNED FOR OR AIRSURE TO COMPLY WITH PAYPAL POLICIES- ASK ME FOR FURTHER DETAILS.
