Almost impossible to locate in this excellent condition .
Audio
Most of these records were heavily played ,suffering massive groove wear and surface damage, resulting in surface noise and distortion. These heavy rock ballads are heard through near silent grooves !!! Amazing audio channels !! Hardly any surface noise detected!!! NO pops or clicks! Excellent aural delivery, so rare to find from this 1971 recording. The famous single Look At Yourself is guaranteed to blow ones mind and is heard in sensational style.
The heavy rock element is fused with the musical progression that developed naturally within the group.
Sleeve
Single sleeve. THE original E J Day printed in excellent condition. JUST two slight nicks in inner mirror vertical edge, otherwise a superb example of this highly sought after album sleeve.THE earliest first issue with the silver mirror inset in fantastic format. See pics for its reflective powers. Never seen a better copy .Edges UNWORN save for lower edge seam rub,see pics just visible.! Corners quite sharp ! What a beauty ! Excellent condition and rare to locate like this. Most are found very heavily worn.
Inner sleeve WITH LYRICS!!!
How often do we find this release incomplete ? NOT this one. THE original inner sleeve is here and in very good condition ! Corners sharp and pointed . Three seam splits. Lower edge has tape repair. Hardly any discoloration noticeable! So hard to locate . Only found with the earliest first Uk PRESSINGS.
Vinyl
Porky etched in run off. Beautiful polished surfaces. The odd surface mark visible under ordinary light . These are non audible. Obviously a minimum playing history . Thick, heavyweight giant ! Excellent visual display .
Label
Bronze record label format with no discoloration visible. Fresh and ultra clean . How incredible is this on a heavy rock album release. Hardly any spindle trace visible. Near MINT !
An excellent example of a much sought after seventies rock classic. A superb album presentation of this phenomenal release .
