A fantastic copy of a very rare album from The Animals entitled, "The Most of The Animals" and released through Columbia records in 1965. A collection of fourteen of their best tracks that show what a huge influence in the sixties British Blues and R&B boom they were. Three major names came from them, Eric Burdon, Alan Price and Chas Chandler (the latter responsible for the discovery and promotion of Jimi Hendrix).
This copy is in stunningly good condition for an album almost fifty years old. This Mono recording has a reasonable amount of light surface marks on both sides but nothing that would detract seriously from play. The cover is a front laminated foldover construction with no splits or tears, a reasonable degree of shelfwear and a little feathering on the corners. The single name 'Jane' is written in pencil in the top left corner on the reverse.
An excellent copy for any collector.
