The record plays well throughout with surface noise that can be noticed in between tracks and in softer passages such as during Dave's boasting on Hot For Teacher. There are the occasional light tics, as is common with picture discs, but no skips or repeats. The very heavy vinyl, probably 180 or 200 grams, is shiny and without any visible scratches. The thick transparent original cover sleeve has the usual splits, approx 4 inches on the bottom seam, 3 inches on the left seam and half an inch on the top seam. There is a small hole in the cover bottom left. Printed text is clear and visible.
This is a wonderful copy of an ultra rare record that will make an excellent addition to any serious Van Halen collection.
