VAN MORRISON ASTRAL WEEKS
1969 UK First PressPressing. Warner Bros. Seven Arts Records Ltd.
on ORANGE Warner Bros Labels WS 1768
This UK first pressing is acclaimed by Audiophiles as the best mastering and pressing of this iconic LP and it still sounds great today especially the acoustic double bass.
COVER: Distributed by Pye Records, Printed by Garrod & Lofthouse, tri-flipback, laminated front.
VERY GOOD condition, no writing or stickers, some laminate creasing and ringwear and some edge and corner wear. Good, clear, intact spine with pinched top and bottom. A really good example over 50 years old, used but looked after, with plain white inner sleeve.
LP: Mild crackling and occasional clicks plays as VERY GOOD, no loud pops or consistent scratchy sounds. Especially important given the epic nature of the music and vibe on this iconic LP, a really nice listening experience.VERY GOOD visually with some superficial scratches and scuffs on the vinyl. Clean LABELS, no writing or stickers, some evidence of spindle marks but not excessively so.
