VAN MORRISON - "ASTRAL WEEKS" - VINYL LP

Very rare 1968 1st UK pressing of this classic album on the orange WB labels with laminated flipback sleeve - 8 songs inc Sweet Thing, Cyprus Avenue, Young Lovers Do - please see photo for tracklisting

CONDITION (vinyl/cover) 

VG+ (thickly-pressed 1st UK issue; the disc sits perfectly flat on the turntable; the record surfaces are shiny and show just light wear and a few noticeable but light surface marks which do not impact on play; the labels are bright and clean and show signs of play around the spindlehole but nothing excessive, and there's no writing, stickers or marks; I played the album in full and can confirm it plays great throughout with just a handful of momentary noises and some light distortion in places which does not spoil the music; side 1 plays VG, side 2 plays VG+; there's no jumps, sticks or regular surface noise)  

 / VG+ (the 1st issue laminated flipback sleeve is a very nice example with light wear only; it has a solid flat shape with no bending or bashing; the glossy laminate shows only a few minor creases at the edges plus a line of tape residue along the opening edge; the rear has the same tape residue line but otherwise is in very nice clean condition with just light storage wear and a couple of very light creases - there's no writing, splits, tears or staining; all edges are sharp and unworn and the spine is fully readable)

comes with the original polylined inner sleeve which has some creasing and storage wear but no tears or splits VG

The disc will be sent in a brand new polylined sleeve, removed from the main sleeve and with all contents then placed in a new plastic outer sleeve. The record will be sent safely and securely in a professional box-type mailer with stiffeners.
