A old UK issue on the olive green Warner Bros. label – NOT a new repressing or foreign copy.
Recorded in 1968, this was Van the Man’s second album. Described as “possibly the most profound "rock" album ever, with Van sounding like some Celtic bard over the jazzy accompaniment of bassist Richard Davis and MJQ drummer Connie Kay. Utterly unique.”
The record is excellent and shows hardly any sign of play. Usual feint crackle at the quiet start. The sleeve has a few little creases to the laminated front, that’s all. Back is very white and clean. NO rips, splits or writing. LP in original printed inner sleeve,
