Here's an original, STILL SEALED stock copy (no cut-out marks) of the VANCE GILBERT debut album "Here I'm Waiting", released on the private Hahavale Records label, Brookline, Ma, in 1985.  You'd be hard-pressed to find a better copy of this much sought after album.
