Dekmantel is ten years old and the impact the label and festival has had on the scene cannot be overstated. Famous for its high production values, brave bookings and adventurous sounds, the Dutch crew mark all that with a suitably epic and essential collection of sounds here that represent the many different stages at the main Amsterdam festival. That means there is mind melting techno, raw jacking house, experimental sounds, and just about everything in between from all the names you would expect and some you wouldn't. It's a superb soundtrack that plays out perfectly as one while also offering endless dynamite for DJs.
