FROM A JAZZ MUSICIANS PERSONNEL COLLECTION, AMASSED OVER FOUR DECADES WHILST WORKING IN THE JAZZ MUSIC INDUSTRY. THIS COLLECTION CONSISTS OF, ALL JAZZ GENRE DATING FROM THE EARLY 1950s, AND ARE IN PRISTINE, MINT, NEAR MINT, EXCELLENT OR UNPLAYED CONDITION. MANY ARE SAMPLE COPIES, TEST PRESSINGS, WHITE LABEL SAMPLE COPIES AND "PROMOTION NOT FOR SALE" 12",10" ALBUMS, AND A NUMBER of E.P.s AND SINGLES. Triple Long Playing Microgroove album set in box.Thanks to gjetson

This was reissued as JATP New Vol. 10 on the black / silver Verve / MGM label as MG 10 in the early 1960s. The later box set uses the same David Stone Martin cover art and liner notes (although the notes are edited to refer to the new release as Vol. 10 instead of Vol. 17).
ALBUM This is a early vintage 1954 3 album Box Set, albums are graded in :
1. Near Mint clean unmarked pristine condition.
2. Excellent + / near mint condition with the very lightest of marks
seen on the playing surface.
3. Excellent + condition with very light marks seen on the playing surface.
All records visually graded under strong halogen light.
BOX SET COVER Is in excellent clean condition. The 4 corners have old cellotape
repairs to strengthen the corners, and shows some light edge markings.
LABELS Are in pristine condition.
INSERTS The original photo inserts have been lost in time.
INNERS Plain paper inners.
RECORD CONDITIONS NEAR MINT The very lightest of marks seen on the playing surface. EXCELLENT Very light marks seen on the playing surface. VERY GOOD Light marks and some light scratches seen on the playing surface. GOOD ONLY Many light marks and many light scratches seen on the playing surface.
There is a plus or minus sign where the grade needs that little extra clarification.
