VEENA GAYATHRI Mega Rare Original Indian Classical Veena LP Columbia 6147





Ms. Gayathri is one of the top veena players of our time, a true master and her star (not unlike Srinivasji) shone brightly when she was very young, thus having the nickname "baby" before her name. This is her second LP.
She was an extremely popular player but somehow these LPs did not sell at all; that's why they are real rarities today. Absolutely amazing recordings.
Cover is VG+. No splits or ringwear but there is a 1/2 inch tear in the middle where the record is inserted. There is a bit of writing on the reverse.
Disc is VG+. I do not see scratches or any other deep mark that would cause skips or loud noises.
