Description
VELVERT TURNER GROUP
Velvert Turner Group (Family Productions FPS 2704) 1972
Here's a lovely US copy of this rare and obscure hard psych LP, described in Endless Trip as 'the best album in the Hendrix style, to Hendrix what Badfinger were to The Beatles'. There's loads of wild guitar here, folks, overloaded with fuzz, wah-wah and much else. Turner, incidentally, was a protege of Hendrix and great friends with the young Richard Lloyd (later of Television). This album was not released in the UK.
SLEEVE
The bright, unlaminated card sleeve is in solid VG+ shape, let down by a couple of corner bumps and unobtrusive centre splits in the top and bottom seams. The spine is tight and fully legible.
VINYL
The bright and glossy disc is in NM condition. A beauty!
