Description

VELVET UNDERGROUND - Andy Warhol LP Stereo pressing Gatefold sleeve with banana sticker Original 1st pressing Verve blue & silver label Verve V6-5008 Comes with original Verve inner sleeve Sticker is still complete, but has rip near top half where top part was peeled off. Bottom part may not have been peeled? Still displays nice despite of top tear. Vinyl retains nice gloss but has a few light marks and grades VG to VG+. No really bad gouges. I have not played vinyl, but looks like it will not skip or jump. Labels grade VG+ Sleeve grades VG+ with some wear -  spine is nice and tight without tears and no major crushing. Some bumps/ dings to corner. Top of sleeve has 3" split on rear part of gatefold and 3" split in middle of bottom of rear gatefold (the part that houses vinyl). Cover still has nice brightness to white. Overall a fairly decent copy of original rare stereo copy. Postage $3.75 Please email with any questions

On Nov-05-11 at 10:27:40 PDT, seller added the following information:

Please note: I have had a couple of questions regarding peeling of sticker. It has been peeled at top and has tear across this part (sticker NOT intact). Please see photo.

However, sticker is complete and torn piece has been restuck along split. I have not attempted to peel sticker and it is in same condition as when I bought record. I'm not sure if bottom part has ever been peeled. I have noticed a slight bump in middle, so I guess it is possible that it was once peeled. I consider it a nice sticker that is complete but with a top split across!
