Artist: VELVET UNDERGROUND
Title: “White Light / White Heat”
Label: VERVE # V-5046. Extremely rare original MONO PROMO pressing on medium weight vinyl.
Label is yellow with black text, marked “DISC JOCKEY RECORD”.
Year: 1968.
Condition:
DISC: Vinyl play-grades EXCELLENT with full original gloss. Has been played a very small number of times - most likely one time on one side at the radio station. Side Two appears unplayed, as nice as when it left the factory. Side One has 2 light hairline scuffs across the playing grooves, which are visually distracting but do not affect the playback. I have listened to the LP, and it sounds GREAT. Both sides play beautifully with superb fidelity.
Labels are clean.
JACKET: Jacket with original ANDY WARHOL “skull” artwork is NEAR MINT in original factory shrink wrap. Shrink wrap has several small rips on the front, one small one on the back, and at opening corners (less than 1” each). Flawless front and back panels. No writing, stickers, or other issues. A beautiful jacket worthy of display.
