On offer here is a VERY rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Velvet Underground called "The Velvet Underground & Nico" and is an ORIGINAL UK 1967 1st Pressing on the 1st Press Verve label!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!!  THIS IS WAS THE VELVET UNDERGROUNDS FIRST & RAREST LP EVER - AND VIRTUALLY NEVER TURNS UP FOR SALE!!!!  JUST TRY AND FIND ANOTHER ONE!!!!  BACK IN 1967 WHEN THIS LP WAS FIRST RELEASED IN THE UK - IT ONLY EVER SOLD IN ABSOLUTELY TINY AMOUNTS, AND WAS ALMOST IMMEDIATELY DELETED!!!!  AS A RESULT IT IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND INCREDIBLY HARD TO LOCATE TODAY!!!!  BUT WHAT MAKES THIS LP REALLY SPECIAL, IS THAT IT IS THE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSING EVER MADE - WITH A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT COVER!!!!  AND THIS IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND ON THIS LP!!!!  WHEN THIS LP WAS FIRST RELEASED BACK IN 1967 - THE FIRST BATCH OF COVERS ONLY (AROUND 300 COPIES!) HAD A 'STEREO' LOGO IN THE TOP RIGHT CORNER OF THE COVER FRONT (SEE PICTURE!)!!!!  HOWEVER, ON LOOKING AT THE COVERS PRIOR TO THE RELEASE DATE - IT WAS QUICKLY DECIDED THAT IT SPOILT THE LOOK OF THE COVER, AND WAS IMMEDIATELY REMOVED ON ALL LATER COPIES!!!!  AND MAKE NO MISTAKE ABOUT THE RARITY OF THIS LP!!!!  ONLY THE FIRST BATCH OF STEREO 1ST PRESSINGS ONLY (300 COPIES!) EVER HAD THIS 'STEREO' LOGO ON THE COVER FRONT - AND THIS WITHOUT ANY DOUBT, MAKES IT THE RAREST 1ST PRESSING OF THIS LP ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD TODAY!!!!  THIS MAY SOUND LIKE A VERY TALL STATEMENT - BUT JUST TRY AND FIND ANOTHER ONE!!!!  MOST PEOPLE DONT EVEN KNOW THAT THEY EVEN EXIST!!!!  SO THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO DOUBT AT ALL - THAT THIS IS THE 'EARLIEST' & RAREST 1ST PRESSING OF THIS INCREDIBLE LP - THAT YOU CAN POSSIBLY GET!!!!

NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP IS IN GREAT CONDITION OVERALL - AND THOUGH IT ISNT 100% PERFECT, IT IS UNDOUBTEDLY A PRESENTABLE, PLAYABLE EXAMPLE - AND OF THE UTMOST RARITY IN EVERY RESPECT!!!!  JUST TAKE A LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!!!  THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1967 UK 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSING ON THE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS VERVE LABEL, 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS 'SOLD IN THE UK' LABEL TEXT, 1ST PRESS INNER SLEEVE, AND ULTRA RARE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS 'GARROD & LOFTHOUSE' FLIPBACK LAMINATED 'PATENTS PENDING' STEREO COVER (WITH 'STEREO' LOGO ON THE COVER FRONT!)!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO LOCATE - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!!!!  This is the ORIGINAL Verve UK 1st Pressing from 1967 and is in GREAT condition overall!!!!  The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl.  The Cat. No is SVLP 9184 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press Verve label (see picture) and is a much MUCH rarer UK Stereo 1st Pressing (at least 5 times rarer than the more common Mono pressings!)!!!!

The record labels are in SUPERB condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing (apart from an ULTRA faint & virtually INVISIBLE set of initials on 1 label), and only a few VERY light spindle marks!!!!  The vinyl is in GREAT condition overall!!!!  Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has only 1 VERY small hairline type mark, only a few VERY light hairlines, NO scufflines, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!!  THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL JUST PRESSED LOOK AND SHINES LIKE NEW!!!!  It is also GREAT to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual!!!!  The record plays with NO nasty loud pops, barely ANY clicks, NO sticking, NO jumps, barely ANY crackle AT ALL, and only some slight background sound on the run on grooves & gaps - though this is lost WAY behind ALL but the VERY quietest parts of the music ONLY!!!!  The sound quality is simply SUPERB with NO groovewear and NO distortion either!!!!  The record must MEGA STRICTLY grade Good++++ (PROPERLY graded, NOT trashed!) if not better!!!!  Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!!  I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!!  The record comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press inner sleeve which is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  The ULTRA RARE 1st Press 'Garrod & Lofthouse' Flipback Laminated 'Patents Pending' Stereo Cover (with 'Stereo' logo on the cover front!) is in GREAT condition overall!!!!  The cover has NO edge wear (apart from a VERY slight touch to the middle top edge), NO spinal wear, only slight corner wear, only a few light creases (cover is still VERY flat looking!), shiny laminate, and NO writing!!!!  The opening edge is beautifully straight with barely ANY feathering AT ALL!!!!  Even the unlaminated back of the cover is in GREAT condition overall with barely ANY grubbyness, NO yellowing, barely ANY rubbing, and NO writing (apart from a VERY small set of initials at the VERY top!)!!!!  The cover must MEGA STRICTLY grade Good++++ (PROPERLY graded, NOT trashed!) if not better - and is still a VERY presentable example!!!!  THIS LP MAY NOT BE MINT (THOUGH IT IS STILL VERY PRESENTABLE!) - BUT THE CHANCES OF EVER FINDING ANOTHER ONE OF THESE AGAIN, IS VIRTUALLY ZERO - AS ONLY 1 BATCH WAS EVER MADE!!!!  THIS LP  IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO LOCATE - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS INCREDIBLE OPPORTUNITY!!!!

HAVE A LOOK AT MY PICTURES - I DO MY BEST TO SHOW THE RECORD FROM ALL ANGLES AND MAKE THE PICTURES AS CLEAR AS POSSIBLE - THERE IS NOTHING TO HIDE!!!!  It really is a GREAT looking LP and it is truly rare to find any copies of this MEGA RARE LP!!!!  THIS WILL BE YOUR ONLY CHANCE TO BUY AN ORIGINAL 1967 UK 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSING OF "VELVET UNDERGROUND AND NICO" BY THE VELVET UNDERGROUND, IN GREAT CONDITION OVERALL!!!!!  Dont forget to take a look at all my other items including many other TOP LPs and contact me with any queries you may have.  P&P £3 in the UK, £4 Europe, £7 Rest Of The World (Postal discounts are available - see below for details).  Paypal, Bank Transfers, Cheques, International Money Orders, and Postal Orders accepted.
