Description
VELVET UNDERGROUND & NICO Andy Warhol VERVE LP GATEFOLD BANANA V6 5008
LABEL: VERVE
GRADING
Vinyl: VG (some would say VG+, I grade on the conservative side), there issurface noise in some spots, but plays through with no skips. Minor spindle marks.
Jacket: VG++ Aside from the banana stem is missing and a slight tear, thepeel has only been removed about an inch or so and put back, (not by me). Thecolor of the front and back are good and the spine is excellent, (see pics). There is a small one inch or so defect inside middle of the spine. And a corner dent onthe top left. Half inch split on top rear cover sleeve (where the vinyl goes), and a one inchor so on split on the bottom caused by the vinyl, (the vinyl is out now).
HOW WE GRADE OUR RECORDS
SS: Still Sealed, any defects such a "cut-out" holes will benoted in the description
M : Mint, a brand new record.
M-/MINT- : Means mint minus, no notable scratches or wear probably rarelyplayed
VG+ : A used, reasonable copy. There will be obvious signs of wear and thepossibility of light surface noise between tracks or during quiet passages, butstill quite nice.
VG : Very Good - a used played copy. There will be obvious signs of wearand likely light to moderate surface noise between tracks or during quietpassages.
VG- : Very Good Minus - significant wear and marks and usually quitenoticeable surface noise.
G+ : In the record grading world, "Good" is not good. From hereon down (Fair, Poor), we're talking about beat-up records only guaranteed notto skip.
