VELVET UNDERGROUND & NICO LP Unpeeled Banana Andy Warhol GATEFOLD Sticker 1967
Velvet Underground & Nico (Verve V6/5008) 1967 USA
Original gatefold copy of the debut Velvet Underground album, produced & w/artwork by Andy Warhol, with the unpeeled banana sticker adorning the front cover.
Record/Sleeve :
VG/VG+ : Lp has numerous faint surface scuffs, plays with occasional crackle throughout. Nothing terribly serious (ie., deep gouges / scratches etc.) and still a very enjoyable listen. Cover shows some foxing and light ring wear. The vast majority of the sticker is intact, with about a one inch spot near the top exhibiting a tear. There's another small gouge near the very bottom about a cm long as well. Inner gatefold has four inch seam split on top spine starting at sleeve opening.
I've been buying & selling records for twenty years & grade conservatively, parameters as follows;
Mint: New or sealed (if not sealed then I opened it myself...)
NM: Played just a few times, like new.
EX or Excellent: A record that has been played a handful of times but has been very well taken care of.
VG+: A very decent used record, a few pops and/or some very light scratches but very acceptable.
VG: A record that has scratches, pops and is starting to show some serious wear.
Good etc.: Many scratches, a useable but rough record.

SHIPPING: Every item is expertly packed, with a brand new mailer and cardboard inserts, with the disc removed from the sleeve to prevent seam splits.
DOMESTIC: Media Mail $4.00 + $1.00 each additional lp, $8.00 for Canada.
INTERNATIONAL: International 1st Class $16.00 + $4.00 each additional lp.
