About This Item: From the collection of Robert Quine comes another one of his totally mint and unplayed VU & Nico Lp's 3rd state stereo with Banana completely untouched and intact. Before I continue let me say that the shadow you're seeing in the scan is from the scanner,definitely not on the front or back cover as they're both white as white can be. Though there's no Emerson on this press it is still a sight and an item to behold as you've never seen one this clean, you can bet on that, not to mention that chances are it's never been played and if it has, then no more than once. As we've mentioned before, in the late '60s early '70s Quine would buy up all of the sealed VU LP's he would find for $1.99, not as cut-outs though. This one, though out of it's shrink has been protected in plastic these last 35 years. Whoever the lucky buyer is will be the first to play this virgin copy. The only reason Quine would open them is to be sure that they contained the proper record inside, apparently a common error with Verve/MGM in those days. This LP and cover are both cherry clean, drop dead gorgeous and any other adjectives you can think of to descibe as beautifully clean.
