The VELVET UNDERGROUND & NICO Original Verve V-5008 Mono LP with Banana Sticker 1967
You're bidding on a Original Mono LP Pressing of the 1st VU Album: The VELVET UNDERGROUND & NICO
issued by Verve Records V-5008 on March 12th,1967. All Original Pressings had a peel-able Banana Sticker on
the front cover. This is a East Coast Pressing with Side-1 & 2 on the labels instead of A & B (West Coast Pressing)
This is the 2nd Cover Variation with Eric Emerson's photo on the back cover covered over with a large Black and
White title sticker. The Cover is in VG condition. The Banana Sticker is missing the top and has a tear below it.
The name Stacy is written on the front cover in marker (partially removed) and it is also written on the inside cover.
There's a 2&1/2" split in the top right back cover and a bend in the upper right corner. There is also some dirt, ring
wear and rub marks but overall, it still looks pretty good. The Record is in VG- condition with scuffs and scratches
and plays with some pops and ticks but has NO groove wear damage and still sounds good.
