Description
FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION IS THIS ORIGINAL VELVET UNDERGROUND LP
VELVET UNDERGROUND & NICO V6-5008 STEREO
COVER HAS STAINING / SMUDGES , HAS CORNER RUBS, A TINY WHOLE BOTTOM SPLINE 1/8 INCH APPROX. NO SPLIT TO SEAMS. BANANA PEEL WAS CAREFULLY REMOVED THEN STUCK BACK ON THE MAN I BOUGHT THIS FROM SAID HE SUCK HIS BACK ON AND HIS FRIEND WHO ALSO BOUGHT A COPY STUCK HIS TO HIS WALL. THE WHOLE PEELED BANANA PEEL IS THERE REFER TO PHOTOS.
VINYL PLAY TESTED ALL THE WAY THROUGH ON QUALITY TURNTABLE SOUND QUALITY VG / VG- ABOUT 75% VG ON BOTH SIDES THE REST BEING VG- WITH SOME LOUDER STATIC / BACKGROUND NOISE. VINYL STILL RETAINS SOME GLOSS. THERE IS A FINGERPRINT OF SOMETHING WHITE ON VERY EDGE OF OUTER RIM DID NOT APPEAR TO EFFECT PLAY UNLESS YOU SET YOUR NEEDLE DOWN SO CLOSE TO EDGE IT WOULD RISK FALLING OFF LP. THE LP PLAYS ALL THE WAY THROUGH WITHOUT SKIPPING .
VISUALLY THERE IS SOME SCRATCHES NONE DEEP ENOUGH TO FEEL SIDE A HAS SOME HAIRLINE SCRIBBLES / SCRATCHES . SIDE B HAS SCRATCHES ONE RUNS FROM OUTER EDGE NEAR ENDING DEAD WAX AND BACK ACROSS TO OUTER EDGE . LIGHT ENOUGH TO NOT CAUSE SKIPS OR ANY TERRIBLY ANNOYING POPS.
LABELS NO WRITING OR TEARS THERE IS SOME LIGHT WEAR.
INNER SLEEVE IS ORIGINAL .
OVERALL THIS RECORD IS STILL IN COLLECTIBLE CONDITION FOR ITS RARITY AND IF YOU ARE NOT SUPER PICKY ABOUT SOUND IN MY OPINION STILL WORTH PLAYING. PRETTY NICE THAT THE OWNER STILL LEFT PEEL ON COVER FOR DISPLAY.
AGAIN THIS LP IS VG / VG-
LP IS STORED IN POLY SLEEVE AND WILL BE PACKED SAFELY FOR SHIPPING.
I POSTED MANY PHOTOS FOR YOU JUDGE THE VISUAL GRADE FOR YOUR SELF

Although we are new to ebay please rest assured we are 20 odd year veterans when it comes to buying, selling, describing, collecting ( and hoarding ! ) antique and vintage collectibles. We usually sell our wares at antique shows and markets however with the price of gas these day's ( among other things ) it's getting more and more difficult for everyone to travel so we thought perhaps it was finally time to give the internet a try ( yep, we still have a VCR and a few rotary phones kicking around too : ) We are also no strangers to safe and professional packing. We've shipped many items to happy customers across the country who ran out of space in their vehicles or luggage. In any case thanks so much for visiting jupposfarm and we hope you find something you can't live without !
