- This record comes from my own record collection begun in the 1960s
- I will be listing much of this collection in the coming weeks
- This LP is in very good, little used, condition with no scratches or scuffs
- Verve V6-5008 - online discographies indicate this numbering was applied to a range of years, from approximately 1966 to the early 70s
- SIDE 1 - SUNDAY MORNING, I'M WAITING FOR THE MAN, FEMME FATALE, VENUS IN FURS, RUN RUN RUN, ALL TOMORROW'S PARTIES
- SIDE 2 - HEROIN, THERE SHE GOES AGAIN, I'LL BE YOUR MIRROR, THE BLACK ANGEL'S DEATH SONG, EUROPEAN SON
- The front of the jacket is white
- The back of the jacket shows very light ring wear at the top and bottom of the jacket
- An indication of age might be that this LP seems to be of the heavier vinyl style, rather than the lighter, thinner LPs which started to appear later
- The banana is a sticker, is intact, and has never been peeled
- This record is not a cut-out
- This record has been stored in a plastic sleeve

I am advised that SUNDAY MORNING was not included in the 1966 release of this LP. An online lookup indicates that SUNDAY MORNING was not released until 1967, meaning that the LP at auction here IS NOT the 1966 release, but a later release.

Further research reveals this record is the 1968 release. The run out number is MGS 558-REV. Google that number and Velvet Underground for a discographic history of the LP. Thanks.
