Description

We are original owners of this important gatefold album with the famous Warhol "banana cover". Blue Verve label with silver print. The banana sticker is original and I have taken a photo of the area at the top where we must have thought about peeling it ...but never actually continued to reveal the controversial "pink banana".The back of the gatefold (the part that contains record) has some seam splitting on top and bottom which I have not taped in order to not introduce any repair or replacement elements. The outer jacket shows ring wear and my husband wrote his name on the back as per photo. The inner liner is original but I always ship in a generic white liner and include the original. The best part of this album is the condition of the actual record which looks quite pristine. Please see photos to assess spindle wear. The dead wax has hand etched V6 5008 SIDE 1 MGS 558 REV. (with side 2 ending in 559) ...I do not grade anything NM because I am a non professional person simply downsizing our vinyl collection. You can see from reviews that my buyers seem pleased in general with the "playability" of my vinyl. I hope this purchase brings you pleasure. We certainly have enjoyed a lifetime of music and the wonderful memories of live performance as well.
