Double Gatefold Cover with nice Psychedelic Images - The Records are Both beautiful M- with Full Luster. Records both have the Classic Hypnotic Spiral Label - Genuine Original Inner Sleeves.
A two-LP label sampler from the Vertigo label. Overall, for a label sampler, this was a better than the average double slab of vinyl, with tried-and-true heavy cuts (from Black Sabbath, Uriah Heep, Juicy Lucy, May Blitz) jostling for space with lighter stuff (Magna Carta, Dr. Strangely Strange). Rod Stewart turns up as well, with an early solo outing on "Handbags and Gladrags." Theres some seriously rare tracks on here, all on glorious punchy vinyl

Vinyl: (Mint-) Plays Great, even under bright spotlights I struggle to see any scuffs, comes with the original Made in England `Vertigo swirl` inners
Sleeve: (EX+/NM) Matt Gatefold `Howards Printers` sleeve with classic `Keef` design (similar to Black Sabbath debut & Zior) Nice spine, some edgewear, lovely copy (see photos)
Labels: Immaculate `Large Vertigo Swirl` labels and can`t see a spindle trace at all - impossible to find like this!

Music: Every track a winner, as with all classy samplers the best tracks were chosen from the albums they were trying to promote!! This contains some of the rarest and best music released in the 60`s/70`s UK prog/psych era on this very collectable label, Black Sabbaths `Behind the wall of sleep` fairly explodes from the speakers as does Uriah Heeps `Gypsy`, the eccentric whimsy of `Dr Strangely Strange` and the psych gem of Cressidas `To play your little Game` topped off with Affinity`s `Three Sisters` A splendid mix of Hard Rock, Prog, Psych & Acid Folk fantastic stuff!!!
