Record:  VG + +  (At  least!!! Just very few scuffs are visible!!!!!)

Sleeve:  VG + + ( Just some ring- and edgewear, no splitting, few wrinkles. Note damaged spot on B-side by removed sticker. See scans!!!) One side the glue has loosened. That's no splitting!!!!
