Description

2401002 on Red/Maroon Atlantic label. 1970 Led Zeppelin album "LED ZEPPELIN III". Tracks are: Immigrant Song, Friends, Celebration Day, Since I've Been Loving You, Out On The Tiles, Gallows Pole, Tangerine, That's The Way, Bron-Y-Aur Stomp, Hats Off To (Roy) Harper.
Matrix numbers are: 2401002 A5 and 2401002 B5.
The label ststes "Produced by Jimmy Page Executive Producer: Peter Grant". The number 2401002 is continuous with no break. Around the outside edge of of the label on the run out groove it states "Do What Thou Wilt", on side 1 and "So Mote It Be" on side 2.
This terrific rare album is in excellent condition. The vinyl shines beautifully and has just an extremely small amount of the very slightest lightest wispy hairline marks.  These are visible under strong light and have no effect at all on the play.  There is one light thumbnail mark on side one but this is light and also has no effect at all on the play. The labels show few very small and ever so light spindle marks and have no damage to or around the spindle holes at all. The labels are beautifully clean and have no writing or marks.
The original paper picture inner sleeve with flip over flaps has no damage at all and is in superb excellent plus to near mint condition.
The fully laminated gate fold cover with inner wheel is in superb excellent plus condition. No rips, splits or tears. Perfect spine with no crushing or cracking. Lovely opening edges with no fraying. No handling marks and no laminate lifting or peeling.
Great rare album.
