The record I would grade as VG, there is some water damage to the label as can be seen in the pic's. The grading is based on the following grading points

RECORD GRADING:
(SS) STILL SEALED: never opened, still in original shrink wrap
(M-) MINT MINUS: like new
(VG++) VERY GOOD PLUS PLUS: somewhat less than mint- very nice record
(VG+) VERY GOOD PLUS: great condition but shows minor wear
(VG) VERY GOOD: acceptable, shows wear and may have audible hisses, pops, or other minor noise
(VG-) VERY GOOD MINUS: dicey, good starter record
