VERY 1ST PRESS

A bit of history.....This album was first released on the 4th Dec 1964. Prior to its release there was a huge order of 750,000...which went on to break all records for advance orders of ANY album!!! Of course this meant the album went straight into the number 1 position in the U.K. charts, staying in the charts for 46 weeks!! POPULAR is too small a word for it!

VG(+) Superb heavy vinyl. The vinyl has just light marks, certainly nothing to make her SKIP OR JUMP..
I have just finished playing her all the way through and found just occasional light background noise which would be greatly reduced, professional clean! It didn't interfere at all with my enjoyment of the album at all.
'I'm A Loser' comes out clear and with superb peaks and troughs.

Labels: VG. There are light spindle marks to both sides....these are seen when angling to the light-otherwise they're difficult to notice looking straight on to the label.
Barely any central hole wear as evident in the detailed images provided....Lovely.
Outer text "The Parlophone Co." (ONLY 1st Press have this) it DOES have the "Sold in the uk.." text.
Lovely, clear silver text.
SOLID & VERY DISPLAYABLE


Cover: VG+.
There is only LIGHT wear to this cover, as you can see by the detailed images provided...She still remains SOLID.
VERY DISPLAYABLE
The spine is pinched at the top and bottom-with some light rubbing-The title remains perfectly legible and strong.
There are just a couple of very small crescents of spidering to the front laminate, SUPERB.
No Writing
Lovely clean and clear inner picture-the back laminated gatefold is in great shape too
All in all she has faired INCREDIBLY well through the ages.
VERY STRONG & CLEAN internal flipbacks.


Inner: EX. It is the ORIGINAL "USE EMITEX" tracing paper lined inner in top shape.
You don't find these in such GREAT condition very often!
 It has certainly done it's job in keeping the record in great shape.


SO, FOLKS-HERE IS A VERY DISPLAYABLE AND PLAYABLE PRESSING OF A CLASSIC ALBUM WHICH WOULD TAKE A WELL DESERVED PLACE IN ANY COLLECTION.
