With The Beatles
SOUNDS GREAT
166g
This was the Beatles' second official release, following their hugely popular Please Please Me. This record was released on the 30th November 1963 and went to the number 1 position (knocking of their own Please Please Me lp) on the 7th of December. Staying at number 1 for 21 weeks! As a little note: they had already sold 250,000 copies before the release and so accepted a silver disc BEFORE release!

QUALITY HEAVYWEIGHT 166g VINYL
VG. There are light marks to each side, but I have just listened to the whole record without any skips or jumps.
I found a very good solid audio reproduction, with the occasional bit of background noise-which would no doubt be helped with a gentle professional clean.
The guitar almost makes you jump when she kicks in at the start of side 2!
GORGEOUS flat, heavy and shiny original vinyl.
Labels: VG. Quite a few light spindle marks, visible under bright light or when angled towards the light, with just a small amount of central hole wear.
There are 2 initials to the side 2 label, in black biro, next to the parlophone logo-see if you can spot them in the detailed images provided.
Outer text "The Parlophone Co." No "Sold In" text.
Very nice displayable labels.
Cover: VG-. Larger Mono in top right corner.
This is a solid cover, but as you can see in the images provided, there is a repaired tear near the opening. Other than that, it remains a very good example.
Good strong corners and very strong spine, just some light 'dings' to the corners.
Small name to the back card along with light discolouration.
"You Really Gotta Hold On Me" IN-correct track listing to the back.
AS USUAL-I AM BEING VERY CRITICAL
!!!REALLY NICE!!!
Inner: EX-...It a replacement inner, which is period. Poly-lined and heavyweight paper. Small name to one side.
Certainly done her job by looking after the vinyl for all these years.
All in all this is a strong copy of a 7N/7N pressing for the collectors out there....
SOUNDS GREAT
