About This Record.  This is a rarely seen copy of a Christian X’ian Punk Rock folk LP released in 1978 on the AMP (Autumn Music Productions) Records label from Monterey California.  Super rare, see details below.  Acid Archives says “Here’s a change of pace for those bored with generic-sounding 1970s Jesus rock albums.  Lyle & Peake start off their vanity release with a few familiar sounding-though not bad - mellow s-sw tunes, but after that we move into a pretty rare genre: Christian 1970s punk-rock! Considering the release year, these guys were really hip to cut angry 3-chord basement outbursts, and the lyrics on these tunes mix social commentary with the religious message.  The guitar player is pretty good, but the rest of the ‘band’ sounds as crude as any local punk 45.   . . . . These guys were fighting a battle in their souls, that’s for sure.  Only about one third of the album has the ‘punk’ sound, but along with a good Kristyl like closing track, it’s enough to make this worth checking out.”

Sorry about my reserve, but it is a lot less than I paid for this LP about 20 years ago, and this NEVER turns up!  Have fun.  Please see details below and  PLEASE CHECK my Feedback which shows you my grading, Cover/Vinyl, of other LPs I have recently sold and what the lucky people who are now taking care of my vinyl thought about our experience. Cover Condition: VG+ cover because of drill hole and corner ding on same drill hole corner top right front cover.  Please See all the Photos I took.  I didn't take them for fun and frolic.

Vinyl Condition: Excellent Plus; I just played it on my La Luce Alba turntable and Benz LP cartridge. Keeper copy.

Inserts: None; but No worries, this also comes cleaned on my VPI Record Cleaning Machine and in a new paper innersleeve (so the old dust does not reattach!  OH my gosh!!.

Packaging.  I clean all vinyl on my V.P.I. Record Cleaning Machine and place it in a new innersleeve so the old dust does not reattach; but I also include the innersleeve that came with the LP if it is the original.  I separate the vinyl in its new sleeve after cleaning from the cover, and place the cover and the separately packed vinyl in at least one if not two plastic innersleeves that help protect against moisture damage during this cool records transition to your record collection.  I use sturdy carboard containers with real corners and pack with at least one insert stiffener, and I place neon stickers on the front and back of the package indicating “Do Not Bend” and/or “Fragile” to help facilitate a safe passage.

Hey there; yes this is a USA copy.  I just forgot to change the country of origin from United Kingdom to USA in my advertisement; I try not to make mistakes, but there are a lot of boxes and such and to recreate a new advertisement for every record instead of copying them over would be too much time to spend.  Apologies . . .
