Description

This is a fine original U.K. pressing copy of the debut LP by British group the Vibrators, released in 1977.  The group's sound was anchored in the first wave of punk, though the single "Baby Baby" was closer to garage pop, and the subject matter of some of their songs (e.g., "Whips and Furs," "I Need a Slave") suggested another genre-bending group of the period, the Stranglers.  The jacket has creasing in one corner, bottom seam wear, light creasing and wear along the spine and top seam, and a 2” crease and light wear along the edge (EX).  The top seam has come mostly unglued.  The disc is clean, and plays with light surface noise audible between some tracks (EX+).

I am in the process of selling off a large personal collection amassed over two decades. All discs have been stored in plastic lined inner sleeves separate from their jackets. The jackets have been stored in plastic sleeves. I have play graded (spot checked) discs except where otherwise noted.
