OH MY, THIS VINTAGE VINYL RECORD LOOKS AND PLAYS LIKE IT HAS NEVER BEEN ON A TURNTABLE !
This is an original vintage 1963 RCA Victor vinyl Stereo LP by the legendary Chet Atkins entitled " Teen Scene " (LSP-2719). This LP features twelve (12) popular rock and roll instrumental tunes of the day. Just full of hits such as " I've Got a Woman ", " I Love How You Love Me ", " Walk Right In " and " Susie-Q " to name a few.
The colorful jacket is still in tight original opened shrink wrap. There is a partial old price sticker at the upper right corner where someone was unsuccessful in removing it from the shrink wrap and tore the wrap just smidge at that corner. The jacket and wrap also has a clipped (cut-out) at lower right corner typical of sowing that the LP was a close-out back in the day. It cut-out did not clip the original RCA Victor inner sleeve that came with this jacket. We consider this LP to be in overall COLLECTOR CONDITION sure to please the most discriminating audiophile.
CONDITION of VINYL: Simply put, this vinyl appears to never have been previously played. We have test played completely and the playback was amazing and flawless. We rate this vinyl's condition as a strong Near Mint (NM). It comes with the original RCA Victor multi-color inner sleeve in great shape (a un-taped 1/2" downward tear at top center).
CONDITION of JACKET: This jacket but for the small cut-out noted above would be As NM. In view of the cut-out we are grading this jacket as Excellent Plus (EX+). A new poly slip-on outer sleeve is included to help protect this 55 year-old gem for generations to enjoy down the road !
The vinyl within the inner sleeve will be separated from jacket during shipment to help guard against seam damage to the outer jacket. Only heavy duty record mailers used in shipment. Never a handling or packing charge.
