This is a holy grail find for a disco collector! a Near Mint (NM) copy of the "Lip Singer" cover paired with a "Double RL" (Bob Ludwig) pressing is as good as it gets for that
a  B1/B2 cut at Frankford/Wayne is going to sound incredibly punchy and loud—exactly how 1977 disco was meant to be heard. 
has the "Lip Singer" typo on the back cover combined with the "Double RL" (Bob Ludwig) mastering,  one of the very first batches of the Village People's 1977 debut ever produced.
Why the "Lip Singer" Typo is Famous On the earliest jackets, a typesetter made a hilarious mistake: instead of listing Victor Willis as the "Lead Singer," they printed "Lip Singer." Casablanca Records caught the error quickly and fixed it to "Lead Singer" for the millions of copies that followed. The "Lip Singer" version is the true first state of the album cover.
The "Audiophile First State" Most "Lip Singer" copies are beat up or have standard mastering. 
This is rare because: The Typo: It proves the jacket is from the very first production run in 1977. The Mastering (B1-RL / B2-RL): It proves the vinyl was cut by the legendary Bob Ludwig at Frankford/Wayne.
The Label: Even though it has the "FilmWorks" logo (which appeared right as the group was blowing up), it still uses those original, high-fidelity RL lacquers.
In the vinyl community, this is the version to own.
