The machine in the photo is not for sale: You are purchasing a one-off service to flatten 1 vinyl record on the latest model of the professional vinyl flattening machine the ORB DF-01iA.

THIS LISTING IS SPECIALLY SET TO BULK FLATTEN 19 x records.

YOU ARE NOT BUYING A FLATTENING MACHINE IN THE PHOTOS.

Maybe you have a new record? minor warps can cause minor audio disturbance. maybe your record suffers from being "dished"? not necessarily warped? we can usually flatten them. Sometimes poorly stored vinyl also cause minor warps. To save you money, in our experience, we cannot flatten records that are curly due to heat or have visible heat damage with warps. In addition to that, we do not accept styrene discs (usually USA pressings), 78's, picture discs, acetates, lathe cuts, dub plates, nor flexi discs.  We accept standard LPs, 12” singles, and 7” singles with serrated edges (or known as groove guards). Usually these are UK pressings. If in doubt please ask. USA pressings usually do not have serrated edges.

As some warps on records are not so straight-forward, we cannot guarantee every warp will flatten. For this reason, we ask you to bear this in mind when paying for this service, as you are buying a service to attempt to flatten your record. If the warp itself is caused by heat that already has damage to the grooves, we cannot fix that problem. The machine will only attempt to flatten the vinyl. The machine does so safely, and does not cause any damage to your record.

Our service includes deep cleaning your record with a professional vinyl cleaning machine and then a flattening session that lasts 4 hours that involves gently heating, then cooling your record.

Here's what to do:

1) Buy and pay for the service of quantity of records you want flattening.

2) Wait for our same day email of where to send your record(s) and send it promptly to exactly our address we supply.

3) Send your record(s) to us WITHIN 1-5 WORKING DAYS ONLY BY A TRACKED SERVICE to us, packing it securely as we will return in same carton you send it in. Please do not send the outer cardboard lp sleeve. We do not need it. If your item is not received by 20 days, we will automatically refund you.

4) Once received, we will deep-clean your record, followed by the 4-hour flattening process.

5) We will dispatch your order ASAP (usually within 2 working days) and ship back to you by tracked delivery.

6) please include your name and address in the package AND return address on back of your package so that we can identify your order easily.

It couldn't be easier.

Often or not, your record should be flat after one session, however depending on the severity of the warp, we will attempt up to 4 further sessions. If it's not flat by then, experience tells us that the warp is not curable. Please note, our fee whether it is flat or not is not refundable. ?

For more than 1 item we can combine postage so will be a cheaper postage. Just buy the quantity you require and we will refund you the excess postage back to your paypal once we have processed your order not before. if you want 5+ records flattened, please get in touch first - and we will advise a discounted price.

Please note: We do NOT play your record once your record has been flattened, nor are we responsible for the playability of your disc. You are buying a service for us to attempt to flatten a record - that is all. It performs this process safely, and we work within the specifications of the process. If the disc has had groove damage from the warp originally, then the machine will NOT fix that problem and no machine can fix that problem and we are NOT responsible for this. ?

We are not a physical shop and therefore we cannot accept items being dropped off to us nor collected, it is only via post only.
