Really nice original copy of a great and hard-to-find album.
Cover is in really good shape for it's age, no real wear to mention, just normal tiny amounts of wear and "dirt" from normal, careful handling and age, some bubbling in laminate at bottom, but no tears.
LP is tough to grade - I'll do my best:
The record is nice and shiny on thick, deep groove vinyl, but shows quite bit of surface marks. The marks do not affect play, however, and the record sounds great - like EX or EX+ so I guess the overall condition of the LP is VG, but this will be a good deal for someone who wants this on vinyl, but can't afford to buy or bid on the NM or Mint copies which occasionally surface. This album's been going for $200.00 and up, so here's your chance to grab a nice copy at a more affordable price.
