One of my favourite recordings of Vivaldi's famous "Four Seasons", opus 8: 1-4
Reissue of an Argo recording from the golden era of the Academy of St Martin's in the Fields (ASMF)
Natural hall acoustics of St John's, Smith Square London captured.

All titles now out of print, and collectible, as King Records in Japan have ceased LP production

Some of the finest and most natural sounding recordings you will ever hear!

High quality 180gram reissues of Decca/London recordings cut from the analogue masters

Half-speed mastered on all-analogue lathe

Wide groove width; 30-280 microns (30-80 microns on ordinary discs); frequency response 10-45000 Hz

8 steps eliminated compared to conventional disc mastering; control console bypassed

Cutter head driven by custom-built 300 watt per channel tube amplifier

Deluxe packaging;

-          technical notes in English/Japanese

-           programme notes in Japanese

-       thick cardboard cover
