Frisco’s Vktms hatten sich 1994 noch mal aufgerafft und mit 12 Jahren Verspätung ihre 82er-LP fertiggemixt. Im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Bands, deren Platten immer unerträglicher wurden, bleiben die Vktms dabei immer im Punk-Rahmen. Post-Punk, Wipers-artige Gitarrensounds, sparsame Keyboard-Sounds & viele originelle Ideen verhelfen der Band zu einem ungewöhnlichen und eingängigen Sound.

This previously unreleased 1982 LP is a bit more experimental than the bands’ 7”s; some post punk, some Wipers-style guitars, some keyboards… Still, it’s really enjoyable & catchy, nowhere near the obnoxious SF synthi art damage that some bands played at that time. A Real Cool LP.

Singer Nyna Crawford died in 2000, having succumbed to cancer.

Packed in a bubble mailer and a normal letter of the DIN-A-5 size with the label "Please do not bend". Into this sleeve the front and rear Booklet, as well as naturally the CD fit.
