 Yazoo vinyl LP is in excellent condition. Jacket still in open shrink. Red peacock label. See the pictures for actual cover condition points. Ragtime banjo music extraordinaire! If it's on a Yazoo label, you know it's the best there ever was, preserved for posterity! I'm listing a lot of other semi-rare / scarce Yazoo LP's too, including several with the R. Crumb jacket cover art work, so pop a peek at my other listings. If you're looking for old, historic and classic blues LP's, you might find a few in my pile.

 Payment is via PayPal, etc. LP will be shipped in a new LP mailing box with spacers. Any open LP's will have the LP / sleeve shipped outside of the jacket, to keep the jacket seams from getting split during transit. All LP's will be quoted and shipped MEDIA MAIL, to keep the expenses down a bit. If you win two or more, each additional LP will be $1.00, up to a limit of five (5) per shipping box. After that, I have to stick them in a new box, so the shipping amount starts all over again. I'll send you an updated invoice with the combined shipping amount, so don't pay for anything until you get the corrected invoice for multiple LP purchases. You get the idea...

 Additional info - I've cleaned and play graded this LP per a request. Overall, there are only a few minor scuff marks on the vinyl and one tiny surface scratch that doesn't affect play. The original labels are in mint condition, the original Yazoo sleeve has a 2" cut through on the side opposite the sleeve opening and the Jacket itself is in near mint / mint condition, being protected by the opened factory shrink, with one corner bump on the lower right front corner. Aside from possibly being played only once or twice before I gave it the play check, this LP is in an overall near mint / mint grade.

 Make note of the fact that almost all of the Yazoo recordings were made from the original 78 rpm recordings, so the condition of the sound reproduction is largely dependent upon the condition the original 78. Since some of the original recordings are so extremely scarce, a few of the tracks are very noisy, with all of the original cracks, pops and hiss / sizzle that was on the original, since that's the only copy Perls may have been able to lay his hands on. I'm sure some of the originals were lent to Perls from other 78 aficionados like Robert Crumb and Terry Zwigoff, so most of the tracks are nice and clean, because R and T only acquire the best condition 78 copies available for their personal collections. They're certainly not stingy, and DO want to share the musical history wealth, so thank them all for their efforts and generosity! That being said, Nick Perls can only record what he's be given to work with, so don't expect technical recording perfection miracles on some of the tracks. They're still able to be listened to and enjoyed. Without the Yazoo recordings, some of these great old tunes would never have been heard again ...ever.
