Up for sale is a still sealed, brand new LP of Van Halen's Balance. Purchased at my local Tower Records in 1995, this beauty has been sitting in my collection ever since.  

I am selling it now so that I can buy my husband a record that he will love for Christmas.  This comes from a smoke-free, pet-free home.
