Van Halen Balance Warner Brothers 9 45760-1
This is the original 1995 release.  Vinyl and cover are in VG+ condition.  Please note I am pretty picky about condition/grading.  Vinyl has a few faint scuffs.  Cover has some spine creasing and corner creasing/dings but nothing major.  Please see pictures.  Overall a very nice piece that sounds great.  Thinning out my collection of a few “more recent” releases.
I will ship to the USA only.  Lp will be removed from cover and placed inside sleeve with the cover for shipping.  Will be packaged well and shipped in an oversized box (not a cheap record mailer).  Please let me know if you have any questions.
