Releases by this talented, soulful, yet obscure artist, go for hundreds of dollars and have continued to rise In value. The artist has recorded in my hometown of Hampton Roads, VA. (Norfolk Sound in Chesapeake, VA., etc.), an area where a soulful voice needs some luck to emerge from the oppressive conditions. Had this underrated artist been bettere promoted in his time, he might have made it big. He just let's it out smoothly with feeling. His soul spoke and years later our ears listen.
