Description

Van Morrison - Astral Weeks

(Warner Bros WS 1768 UK LP 1968)

This is a UK original LP pressing. It has a front laminated flipback sleeve (Garrod & Lofthouse). It comes with its original polythene-lined company inner sleeve. This is in very nice condition.

The record is pressed on thick vinyl & has orange "Warner Bros" labels. It has 1st press A-1/ B-1 matrix stampers.

A scarce UK original pressing with the earliest matrix numbers. Very rare!

Sleeve: There is some mild laminate creasing on the front. There is mild fading to the rear. VG condition.

Vinyl: There are some light sleeve rubs which can be seen under a strong light, and some mild pressing marks. There is one light, but quite long, hairline mark on one side. VG+ condition. The labels are nice and clean & show mild spindle wear. Plays VG+ to Near Excellent. There is some light, & sometimes more mild, crackle in some quieter places.

Grading adheres to “Record Collector” specifications. I shall use good quality packaging (proper vinyl mailers & two card dividers).

Postage for 1 LP in the UK is £4.50. You can add one extra LP for free (up to the weight of 1kg).

Postage for 1 LP in Europe is £6.50 to £7.75 (depending on weight). Add £1.25 for each additional LP up to 2kg.

Postage for 1 LP for the rest of the world is £7.75 to £11.25 (depending on weight). Add £2 for each additional LP up to 2kg.

Insurance is necessary if this item exceeds £30. Overseas buyers will add £5.50 extra (plus an additional £2.50 if the item value exceeds £70).
