Van Morrison Moondance 1969 US Gatefold Burbank 3rd Label VG/NM
Cover: VG. Pretty nice overall, but must be downgraded to VG for several items. Tiny blue spot on front cover 25% away from disc opening on front sleeve, light ringwear as well as general wear on front and back. Solid seams on top, side and bottom spines. Minor, typical scuffing and corner bumps. Title spine is actually spectacular. Small name written in ink on inside gatefold at conclusion of the liner notes.
Disc: Visually VG++ under bright light, slightly dull gloss with 2-3 ghostly surface marks/scratches on each side. Very nice.
Audio: Mint. Side 1 plays with almost no noise in between tracks. Just before "Into The Mystic" if you have the volume cranked up, there is the slightest series of about 3 ticks- very distant- before the music starts. Not really even worth mentioning.
Side 2.At the lead-in groove dead wax area, 2-3 seconds of distant static which disappears before the start of "Come Running". Otherwise, no noise in between tracks for the entire side.
I'd call this a flawless playing copy, personally.
