It comes in a gatefold cover.
The catalogue number is K46114 with A1/B1 matrix numbers.
The disc is in VG condition, it has some superficial thin wispy hairline marks from the disc being taken in and out of the inner sleeve.
The cover is in VG+ condition with just some minor spots of agewear.
