Various Artists 2LP entitled “The Best Of Blue Note” on Blue Note (BST2 84429). The records are Near Mint with clean labels and played great on my turntable. The dead wax states “Mastered by Capitol.” The cover is nice, accept there was some kind of liquid that was absorbed by the lower inside cover causing some stain. Because of this I graded the cover VG+. Otherwise, the cover has no writing, stickers or seam splits and is NOT a cut-out. The tracks plus artists are as follows: “Un Poco Loco (Bud Powell) / Tin Tin Deo (James Moody) / Criss Cross (Thelonious Monk) / Bags' Groove (Milt Jackson) / Cherokee (Clifford Brown) / Tempus Fugit (Miles Davis) / Blue Train (John Coltrane) / Maiden Voyage (Herbie Hancock) / Christo Redentor (Donald Byrd) / Moanin' (Art Blakey & the Jazz Messengers) / Blues Walk (Lou Donaldson) / Song For My Father (Horace Silver) / Back To The Chicken Shack (Jimmy Smith) / Chitins Con Carne (Kenny Burrell) / The Sidewinder (Lee Morgan).” The album was released in 1984.
